¶ Spanish/Español
- El juego debe estar en español.
- CORE_LANG configurado como "es" en el perfil predeterminado. Los NPCs deberían heredar esta configuración al ser añadidos.
- XTTS lang configurado como "es" en el perfil predeterminado. Los NPCs deberían heredar esta configuración al ser añadidos. (MeloTTS no tiene español en el modelo usado para Skyrim. Oficialmente solo tiene una voz en español).
- Configura los prompts en español para el Narrador: PROMPT_HEAD y PLAYER_BIOS. Los NPCs deberían heredar esta configuración al ser añadidos.
- Listo para empezar.
Hay todavía algunas cosas que no funcionan al 100%.
- Dynamic profiles.
- En los subtitulos, el Narrador sigue apareciendo como The Narrator. (ajo y agua)
- Para habilitar localwhisper en español (STT local), aplicar el parche DistroPatch_AddEsWhisperConfig.7z
Notas: Se recomienda usar un modelo de google (gemini-pro-1.5). ChatGPT no es particularmente bueno generando contenido en español. El video de referencia ha sido grabandousando google-gemini-pro-1.5
¶ Japanese/日本語 (にほんご
The JP Character sheet can be found in our discord under the csv-files channel
- When installing CHIM, disable / do not install MINIME_T5. It is English only.
- In the web UI, disable MINIME_T5, OGHMA_INFINIUM, MEMORY_EMBEDDING, and AUTO_CREATE_SUMMARYS. All these settings are English only.
- In Configuration -> NPC Biography Management, upload the JP CSV file. It translates NPC names from English to Japanese so CHIM can recognize their biography.
- Change your PROMPT_HEAD to request Japanese output, save, and copy to all profiles. The following works ok for me: 「スカイリムでロールプレイしましょう。必ず日本語で返事してください。」
- Change your LLM service / model to a provider that supports Japanese output. Openrouter's model 「mistralai/mistral-small」 or google's 「gemini-2.0-flash-exp」seem to work okay.
- I recommend using xtts for TTS. Melotts does not work with Japanese output.
- If using xtts, set 「TTS XTTSFASTAPI language」to ja
- I recommend using OpenAI's Whisper for STT. Set its language to 「ja」
- For text input, you can try using the mod "Skyrim Input Method - Use System's IME"

- CHIMのインストール時に、MINIME_T5を無効化/インストールしないこと。 これは英語のみ対応です。
